The Blairs hosted a community Christmas Carol Sing-along and Potluck on December 15.
David & Taylor Watson
Married: 9 years
Children: Tatum (8), Teagan (5), Ruth (6 Months)
Ministry: High School sweethearts, David and Taylor Watson grew up in Ohio and have spent the past several years serving at Bellefontaine Grace Church. Taylor has served on staff as the Operations Coordinator and David as a Pastoral Resident.
Relocation to Texas: The Watsons are eagerly planning to relocate to Texas in February or March of 2025. They are in the process of selling their home in Ohio and find a suitable home in Lavon, TX.
More Info: David is currently enrolled at Grace Seminary working to complete a Master of Local Church Ministry. He wears Carhartt clothing exclusively, and though his wardrobe may not be sophisticated, his palate for finely roasted coffee certainly is. Taylor is the air-traffic controller of the family, keeping all things organized and moving the the right direction.
Bart & Elizabeth Blair
Married: 23 years
Children: Sarah-lynn Friesen, Silas (19), Ephraim (with the Lord)
Ministry: The Blairs have served in ministry together for over twenty three years. Bart was the Worship Pastor at Grace Community Church in Mississauga, ON (now Renew) from 2002 through 2010. In 2011, he helped plant Grasslands Church in Medicine Hat, Alberta and served there as the lead pastor from 2013-2018. Bart now works as the Director of Church Revitalization for Assist and is a digital outreach consultant for Missional Marketing. Elizabeth is a freelance contract worker, specifically in content production for social media.
Background: Bart grew up in McKinney, TX and attended the University of Texas, where he studied music. Elizabeth is a native of Ontario, Canada. She attended college in Ottawa.
